Hello, I am trying to see if this is a really bad fake or is this just really old? I have read that McCoy didn't make a red riding hood and that snow white is reproduced/faked, trying to confirm what this could be?

Unfortunately this is commonplace in today's market, not just with McCoy pieces, but many others as well. Information is a collectors only recourse.
